Ordering & OEM guide
A clear brief, an agreed sample and a written quotation form the basis of an order.
Catalogue references and availability
Our catalogue is for B2B product quotations and OEM projects. Send your specification and quantity so we can confirm availability, customisation options and a sample plan. Stock status and dispatch dates are confirmed in your quotation.
Specifications, samples and MOQ
Send the product SKU, intended use, size, material, finish and quantity. Ask for a sample where fit, appearance or performance matters. Sample charges, tooling, logo work, packaging and the minimum order are confirmed in the quotation.
Material and product documents
Tell us your intended market and documentation requirements before requesting a sample or production order. Any required product reports and material documents are reviewed against the proposed product and specification. Decorative cane designs should not be assumed suitable for weight-bearing use without appropriate verification.
Prices, payment and delivery
The written quotation sets out the product specification, currency, quotation validity, payment arrangement, estimated schedule and delivery terms. Sample and production schedules are confirmed for your order; catalogue listings do not guarantee a dispatch date.
Artwork and branding
Please supply artwork you are authorised to use. Marking position, colour references and packaging layouts should be approved before production is arranged.
Inspection and after-sales enquiries
Agree inspection requirements and any acceptance criteria before ordering. If goods do not match the agreed specification, contact us with the order reference, quantity affected, photographs and relevant measurements so our team can review the issue and agree the next step. The written order agreement governs the applicable resolution.
